Terms and Conditions when buying, selling, to or picking up items
Original Focus along and/or affiliates are not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the visitor, user or buyer has received the item(s). If any harm is incurred from the items purchased, the we share no responsibility. Also, using the Original Focus website or using any and all Original Focus and/or affiliate pick up sites for browsing and/or purchasing any and all products sold by Original Focus and this company’s site are at the customers own discretion. Original Focus" company site and all people therein online and in physical location affiliated with Original Focus are not held responsible or liable for any personal injury or harm whether it be (mental, physical, spiritual or any other thing such as this) in any way or form. The same terms apply to those that sell items to Original Focus. User Communities and Forums
If you are sign up for the public forums and communities on the Original Focus and/or Affiliate websites in order to interact with other users in a better way, please note that your profile is publicly visible (to other visitors to the website) and the public activity (such as posts and comments) will be visible to other visitors and users of the website. It is important to understand that the user and/or visitors of our website and Original Focus Affiliate sites can (opt out) and exit any given community. Upon doing so, the user's profile will not be publicly visible any longer. Naturally, the user will then not be able to use the community features i.e. liking, commenting or writing posts.
