Matcha Ninja Donuts

Donuts:

1.5 scoops gluten free pancake mix

2 egg substitute (grind 2 tbsp of chia seeds. Mix in 6 tbsp water. Let sit for 5 min until texture is goopy)

2 tbs coconut oil (plus more for greasing pan)

1 cup almond milk

Bag to pipe the dough into the pan

1. Mix ingredients and pipe into the donut pan.
2. Bake at 400 for around 15 minutes and use utensils to flip halfway through. bake for another 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 


Matcha Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbs water

1-2 tsp matcha

--

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth glaze forms.
2. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and let set.

Cold Brew Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

1/2 teaspoon agave/coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon Matcha Ninja

3 ice cubes

--

Add small amount of warm water to cup/bottle

Add in Matcha Ninja and stir to form espresso like base

Add sweetener of choice

Add almond milk and ice

Shake/Stir. Enjoy!

Matcha Ninja Hummus

Ingredients:

Juice of one lemon

1 can chickpeas

1-2 tsp matcha

1-2 cloves garlic

1.5 tbs tahini

3 tbs water

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
2. Top with spices, sprouts, anything you want!

Matcha Ninja Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk

2.5 tbs chia seeds

1-2 tsp Matcha

1 tsp vanilla

--

Mix and set in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight!

Matcha Tea Latte

Ingredients:

½ cup hot water

½ cup organic almond/ coconut milk 

1/2 teaspoon Matcha Ninja

1  tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or stevia to taste (optional)

 

  1. Measure  ½ teaspoon Matcha Ninja to cup

  2. Next,  add small amount of warm water to matcha and stir to form espresso like base

  3. Add 1/2 cup hot (not boiling) water to your mug filled with Matcha 

  4. Add sweetner

  5. Heat & froth your milk

  6. Add your heated milk

MATCHA ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients:

 4 dates soaked and drained

 1/2 cup rolled oats

 1/2 cup coconut

50g organic dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

 1 tsp cinnamon 

 1 tbs Matcha Ninja

  1/4 cup your choice of nuts or seeds

  1. Pulse dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball 

  2. Add oats, nuts & coconut and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be consistently small pieces but not overly processed

  3. Poor the mixture into a mixing bowl

  4. Add melted chocolate, 1 1/2 tbs Matcha Ninja and cinnamon. Mix together with your hands until all ingredients are combined

  5. Roll into 1-inch balls

  6. For an added matcha flavour and extra green colour, roll the balls in the leftover 1/2 tbs of Matcha Ninja

  7. To set, place in the fridge for 3 hours

MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

4 frozen Bananas

3 teaspoons Matcha Ninja

1 cup baby Spinach

1 tablespoon Goji berries

1 tablespoon Chia seeds

2 tbsps Coconut or Soy Yoghurt

½ cup Coconut Water (optional)

Place all ingredients into blender and pulse until purified

Top with additional fruit, nuts, etc.

Matcha Coconut Almond Milk

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup coconut mik

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon agave/coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon Matcha Ninja

3 ice cubes

--

Add small amount of warm water to cup/bottle

Add in matcha ninja and stir to form espresso like base

Add sweetener and coconut oil and stir

Add almond and coconut milk and ice

Shake/Stir. Enjoy!
