Christine Gingerich is a Lifestyle Coach, Motivational Speakerand Author. After her own battle with obesity and a serious health crisis, she made simple, but powerful lifestyle changes. Through these changes Christine was able to achieve total and complete healing, inspiring her to establish an innovative company.
Christine is passionate about consulting and coaching to help others achieve optimal wellness. She received a degree in Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University focusing on Anatomy, Physiology and Sports Medicine. She is certified by Can-Fit-Pro as a Personal Trainer Specialist and has worked as both a fitness trainer and aerobics instructor. She also enjoys teaching and among her many talents, she was an elementary teacher in the Waterloo Region for over 20 years. With a 35 year passion in the natural and preventative health fields, Christine combines her unique training, practical skills, and love for teaching to motivate, train and assist young and old to be all that they can be!

WHAT IS THE "BE WELL" PHILOSOPHY AND NEWSLETTER?
Your body, my body and every body is seeking balance - even if it is not consciously realized. Each moment of every day your body is attempting to put itself into a state of healthy equilibrium or homeostasis. If your body is not provided with the tools necessary, an imbalance occurs and so does ill health.
My definition of homeostasis is, “A state of being that includes consistent levels of energy and vitality, and regular resistance to pain, illness or disease, resulting in physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual homeostasis.”
